Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a damp (not wet) microfiber cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasives, and excessive moisture.

Reapply wood oil or wax every 6–12 months depending on usage. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to prevent discoloration.

Seal natural stone surfaces annually. Clean with pH-neutral stone cleaner — never vinegar, lemon, or bleach. Blot spills immediately to prevent staining.

Quartz surfaces are low-maintenance but should still be cleaned with mild soap and water. Avoid placing hot pots directly on the surface.

Sweep or vacuum regularly to prevent grit from scratching glazed surfaces. Mop with warm water and a mild, non-acidic cleaner.

Re-seal grout lines every 1–2 years. For natural stone tile, follow the same sealing guidelines as countertops.

Wipe brass, bronze, and nickel hardware with a soft cloth. For unlacquered brass, a natural patina will develop over time — embrace it or polish gently with a brass-specific cleaner.

Tighten screws periodically. Avoid abrasive pads that can scratch finishes.
