Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Belle Vie Materials & Design website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display materials accurately, but slight variations in color and texture are inherent to natural materials and do not constitute defects.

Prices shown are in US Dollars. Tax and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Belle Vie is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Unused, undamaged materials in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund. Custom-cut, made-to-order, and clearance items are final sale. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Design Services

Design service fees are outlined in your project agreement. Design concepts and renderings remain the intellectual property of Belle Vie until the project is paid in full.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belle Vie's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products or services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orleans Parish, Louisiana.
